November is brimming with Black Friday deals, but what if we told you there was a way to save even more money you probably don’t know about?
Amazon has some of the best prices on just about everything you can buy, including tech such as phones, tablets and smartwatches but a checkout hack we’ve discovered will get you a bonus discount.
As long as you’re not in a hurry to get the items in your basket, the discount might be valid. Here’s how it works.
How to find the Amazon checkout discount
The delivery option can only be found when you add a product to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout process. Look for the Free No-Rush Delivery option and select this.
In our verified example below, the delivery date changed from 29 November to 4 December. An extra five days, but it can vary.
In return for waiting a little longer for your order to arrive, Amazon will reward you with a 2% discount. It doesn’t sound like much but it can quickly add up.

The catch…
The option is not available for all products, it only applies to “eligible items”.
“The discount applies only to eligible items indicated in the offer at checkout,” says Amazon, but doesn’t indicate what kind of products are eligible. As you can see above, the Apple AirTags qualify, but you can’t do it on the Google Pixel 10, for example.
Buyers also need an active Prime subscription.
