Specifications for the CMF Phone 3 Pro have emerged, giving us a better idea of what to expect from one of the most exciting phones of 2026.
That last statement might sound like a bit of an exaggeration, but we reckon that the CMF Phone 2 Pro is the best budget phone on the market right now. This makes its direct follow-up a very big deal indeed.
Thanks to leaked specifications published over on Android Headlines, we may now have an idea of what’s in store for us, following from parent company Nothing’s launch of the Phone (4a) and (4a) Pro.
Perhaps the biggest news here is a shift from the all-plastic design of the CMF Phone 2 Pro (which we rather liked) to one with a metal frame. That’s it for design news, other than a vague indication that the alignment of the triple camera system will be slightly different.

CMF Phone 3 Pro predicted specs
According to the report, the CMF Phone 3 Pro will run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor. We just saw this chip running well on the Poco M8 Pro, where it offered great efficiency and ample performance headroom in day to day tasks.
There’ll be a decent-sized battery somewhere in the 5400- to 5500mAh range, which would represent an upgrade on the CMF Phone 2 Pro’s 5000mAh cell. Charging speeds should also receive a boost, from 33- to 45W.
We’ll be looking at an AMOLED display of unspecified size, with a 2392 x 1080 resolution. That’s the same resolution as the CMF Phone 2 Pro screen, so don’t be surprised if it ends up being another 6.77-incher.
Given that the CMF Phone 2 Pro launched towards the end of April last year, we might not have long to wait for the CMF Phone 3 Pro launch. We’ll be keeping a close eye on this one so stay tuned.
