Samsung’s reign of price hiking terror continues, as the company bumps up the asking fee for a load more of its phones and tablets.
Right at the start of April, we reported that Samsung was increasing the price of its Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 foldables in its native South Korea.
This followed hot on the heels of the brand new Samsung Galaxy S26 range, which was notably more expensive than the preceding Galaxy S25 series.
Now Phone Arena has noticed that Samsung has quietly increased the price on a number of its phones and tablets in the US.
The number of distinct Samsung models to be affected in this key market now extends to 11, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. Joining these from the smartphone roster are the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge – Samsung’s unloved skinny phone just can’t catch a break, can it?
Most of the devices affected here are tablets, however. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S10 FE, Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, Galaxy Tab S10+, Galaxy Tab A11+, and the Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G are all more expensive than before.

That’s pretty much Samsung’s entire tablet roster.
The precise level of the price hike varies, but the worst-affected is the range-topping 1TB variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, which has had a massive $280 added to its price tag.
I’ve checked Samsung’s UK storefront, and some of these price increases appear to have made their way over the Atlantic (or across the Eurasian landmass), too.
All of the aforementioned Samsung smartphones appear to have retained their launch pricing here in the UK, but it’s bad news for anyone thinking about buying a new Android tablet.
At the extreme end of the scale, the range-topping 1TB Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G now starts from £1,899 on the UK website, rather than its £1,699 launch price. That’s an increase of £200.
Here are the price increases for entry tablet models on Samsung’s UK storefront that I’ve been able to spot to date.
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 – From £869 (was £799)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra – From £1,349 (was £1,199)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra 5G – From £1,499 (was £1,349)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE – From £539 (was £499)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ – From £689 (was £649)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite – From £369 (was £329)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ – From £1,069 (was £999)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ – From £289 (was £249)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G From £339 (was £299)
Note that I’ve stated the new RRPs as listed by Samsung, ignoring any temporary money-off deals that the manufacturer might currently be offering. It’s also worth noting that major third-party retailers such as Amazon don’t appear to have matched Samsung’s revised pricing as yet.
Here are the US price increases:
- Galaxy Z Fold 7 (1TB) – $2,499.99 (was $2,419.99)
- Galaxy Z Flip 7 – From $1,299.99 (was $1,219.99)
- Galaxy S25 FE – From $749.99 (was $709.99)
- Galaxy S25 Edge – From $1,299.99 (was $1,219.99)
- Galaxy Tab S11 – From $899.00 (was $799.99)
- Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra – From $1,299.99 (was $1,199.99)
- Galaxy Tab S10 FE – From $549.99 (was $499.99)
- Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ – From $699.99 (was $649.99)
- Galaxy Tab S10 Lite – From $399.99 (was $349.99)
- Galaxy Tab S10 Plus – From $1,099.99 (was $999.99)
- Galaxy Tab A11+ – $299.99 (was $249.99)
- Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G – $329.99 (was $279.99)
It’s still possible to get a good deal on a Samsung tablet, then, but you should probably act quickly if you’re considering a purchase.
